Catalog statuses

This status	Indicates
Verified	The supplier catalog has been imported into Ariba Buyer Administrator and no validation errors were found. A supplier catalog can be imported manually through the Catalog Manager workspace or imported automatically through a subscription on Ariba Supplier Network (SN). If a catalog approval request is denied instead of approved in Ariba Buyer, the supplier catalog reverts to the Verified status and a note is attached to the catalog indicating that it has been denied.
Validation Error	The supplier catalog has been imported and validation errors have been found. The catalog cannot move from this status until all the validation errors have been fixed.
Waiting for Approval	The supplier catalog has been validated and has started the approval process. This status changes only after all required approvers have approved the catalog.
Approved	The supplier catalog has completed the manual approval process and was fully approved. An approved catalog can be activated.
Activated	The supplier catalog has been activated. The catalog's items are available for users to search or order in the Ariba Buyer product catalog. The status of activated incremental catalogs have a "Activated + n" notation that indicates the number of incremental catalogs imported on top of the original catalog.
Activating pending type activation	The supplier catalog contains a type definition that has been enabled for testing. The status changes back to Activated after the type is activated.
Deactivating pending type activation	The supplier catalog contains attributes that do not match a type definition that has been enabled for testing. If the type errors in the catalog are not fixed before the type is activated, the catalog will be deactivated and not available to users.
Deactivated	The supplier catalog has been deactivated. The catalog's items are no longer available for users to search or order in the Ariba Buyer product catalog.
