Your application's Administrator user interface contains screens that are used to display the details of a specific value, such as a supplier or a commodity code.

If your company has enabled users to link to Ariba Analysis, and you have the necessary permission to work with Ariba Analysis, you can analyze data about certain values in Ariba Analysis. Refer to the online help in Ariba Analysis for instructions about using Ariba Analysis.

1. Review details about the value.
   • The ID and the name are the unique identifiers for a value, such as a commodity code, in the database. Often, ID and Name are the same. The Description field can provide additional information about the value to help you better identify it.
   • Click any link to display more information.
   • If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the row above the column headers, to display commands that control the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide or show columns of data; group data; or export data to Excel.
2. Click Done to return to the previous screen.
