Tips   View and disconnect user sessions

You cannot disconnect your own user session.

In the default configuration, the permissions required to view and disconnect user sessions are defined in the workspace configuration files. Permissions can be customized. For more information, see the Ariba Buyer Administrator Customization Guide.

To display the User Sessions screen, click User Sessions under Server Manager in the Navigation Panel.

 
  1. View all users currently logged in to your Ariba Spend Management application or your application's Administrator user interface.
    • To sort the list, click a column header. Click the header again to change the sort order, as indicated by the arrow.
    • If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the row above the column headers, to display commands that control the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide or show columns of data; group data; or export data to Excel.
  2. Disconnect one or more user sessions.
    • Select one or more user sessions by enabling their check boxes.
    • Select all user sessions except your own by enabling the check box at the top of the list.
    • Click Disconnect. Then click OK to disconnect selected user sessions, or click Cancel to return to the previous page without disconnecting users.
    • To update the list of current user sessions, click Refresh.
