expense report

An expense report is a method of requesting reimbursement for expenses you incurred on behalf of your company for business purposes. In Ariba Buyer, an expense report is an approvable document.

You complete an expense report that lists your expenses and submit it for approval. After Accounting receives the receipts, and the request is approved, you are reimbursed for those expenses.
