You can review charge details only if you have permission to reconcile receipts.

Information about a purchase made from a specific merchant can help you reconcile disputed charges or identify the user likely to have made the charge.

1. Review the charge information.
2. To add comments, type them in the Comments box. Comments appear in the History tab for the request.
3. When finished, click OK.
