If you see this screen, you should wait for an hour or so and try again. If the problem persists, contact your Ariba Buyer administrator.

This screen appears when you have asked to submit a Personal Profile change request, and you are not currently able to do so because:

  • You have created a profile change request and submitted it for approval.
  • An administrator has asked to make post-submission edits to that submitted request.
  • The administrator is actively making those edits.

This screen represents a temporary situation; it means that someone is actively making changes to a request already in the Ariba Buyer database.
