Tips   Add or edit a contract appendix

Use appendixes to add terms, conditions, and other documents to a contract request (CR).

The names of attachment files must be in ASCII format, and must not include Japanese characters.

Screen details

To display the Add/Edit Appendix screen, click Contract in the Navigation Panel or Create in the central "swoosh" or image on the Home page, and then Contract Request on the Create Contract or Create a New Request screen. Click Appendixes and click Add (to add a new appendix) or Edit (to change an existing appendix)..

 
  1. Click Browse to browse to and select a file to append to the request.
  2. Add or edit a brief description of the file in the Attachment Description field.
  3. Indicate whether the attachment is related to a specific commodity or item by clicking the related Referenced By check box. Otherwise, if the attachment applies to the entire contract, leave the check boxes unselected.
  4. Click OK to return to the previous screen where the attachment is listed, or click Cancel to return to the previous screen without adding an attachment.
