Use appendixes to add terms, conditions, and other documents to a contract
request (CR).
The names of attachment files must be in ASCII format, and must not
include Japanese characters.

To display the Add/Edit Appendix screen, click
Contract in the Navigation Panel or Create in the
central "swoosh" or image on the Home page, and then
Contract Request on the Create Contract or Create a New
Request screen. Click Appendixes and click Add
(to add a new appendix) or Edit (to change an existing
appendix)..
