If you leave a field blank, contracts that have expired or that will
expire within 30 days of today are displayed.
Depending on the Ariba Spend Management solutions your company has
installed, and the roles or permissions assigned to you, a dashboard
screen is displayed when you log into an Ariba Spend Management solution
or when you click My Dashboard in the Navigation Panel.

The Expiring Contracts screen is displayed
when you click and drag Expiring Contracts from the dashboard's
Add Content pull-down menu to a dashboard
tab, or when you click Edit in the title bar of the Expiring
Contracts item on your dashboard.

You can monitor contracts that expire during a certain range of days:
- To change the current partition (if you have
access to multiple partitions), select the desired partition from
the pull-down menu. For example, when specifying a time frame for
expiring contracts, you can select a different partition to view the
contracts that have expired or will expire in that partition.
- To change the current expiration settings, enter
a new number of days in either field, to shorten or extend the expiration
setting.
- Click Done to save your changes and return
to the dashboard. Your new settings take effect immediately.
