If your search did not locate the desired contract(s), return to the dashboard and adjust the search. For example, search a single field, such as supplier or expiration date range.

Depending on the Ariba Spend Management solutions your company has installed, and the roles or permissions assigned to you, a dashboard screen is displayed when you log into an Ariba Spend Management solution or when you click My Dashboard in the Navigation Panel.

When customizing your dashboard, you can choose to display requests associated with saved searches and system searches. Once you create a saved search or system search in Ariba Buyer, it is available to select on this screen.

• Click Select to display the associated requests on your dashboard. You can search for contracts that you created or have permission to edit.
• If you work in multiple partitions, select a different partition from the pull-down menu to switch to a different partition, if desired.
