When you click Exit to stop working on the current Invoice Reconciliation (IR) document, Ariba Buyer displays an confirmation screen to ensure that you do not lose data. The confirmation screen reminds you that you are currently in the process of reconciling or editing an IR document and lists the IR document number and title.

• Click Print to print the IR document. The IR document appears as a formatted page in your browser window. Select File > Print in the browser window to print.
• Click Save to save the IR document and exit without forwarding it for approval. You can return to it at any time and continue working on it.
• Click Undo to undo any changes you made to the IR document during this session.
• Click Continue to keep working on the IR document.
