You cannot change the quantity of items on a purchase order that has a status of Ordering.

Click any link in the Navigation Panel to go directly to that step.

1. Change the quantity of one or more line items and then click Update Total.
2. Click Edit to display the View Line Items: Edit Line Item screen and change line item details. Note that the Copy and Delete commands do not apply when editing POs.
3. Click OK to save the changes and return to the previous screen.
