After you receive all items on an order, it is closed to further receipts. However, you can reopen the order for additional receipts (to over-receive, for example), if necessary.

1. Select the order you want to reopen.
2. Ariba Buyer warns that the order is closed for receiving and that you must reopen it to receive additional items. Click Reopen Order.
3. On the Receive Items screen, enter the additional receipt details.
4. Click Submit to submit the receipt for approval.
