You can also include comments on POs when you view or reply to existing comments.

Screen details

To display the Add Comment screen, click Add Comments on the Edit Line Item screen.

 
  1. Enter comments and indicate whether to include the comments on any associated purchase orders (POs).
  2. Click OK to save the comments and return to the previous screen, or Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving comments. If you are viewing existing comments, click Done.
