Tips   Add a comment for a line item
Your comment applies to the individual line item. For example, in an expense report, you may want to explain an unusual expense or provide vendor information. Your comments are visible to approvers.

Once you add a comment, the View, Reply, Add Attachment and Delete links are displayed. You can remove comments before you submit a request for approval. Once you submit the request, the comments become part of the history, which cannot be altered.

Screen details

To display the Add Comment screen, click Add Comment when completing an expense report or travel authorization.

 
  1. Enter a comment.
  2. Click OK to save the comment, or Cancel to discard it.
