Tips   Confirm deletion of catalog items

Deleted items are not available for users to search or order.

To avoid having to delete the same items every time a supplier sends a new version of the catalog, ask the supplier to fix the errors in future versions.

Screen details

To display the Confirm Deletion of Items screen, select one or more check boxes on the Catalog Error screen and click Delete Items With Errors.

 
  1. Review one or more catalog items you have selected to delete.

    You do not need to revalidate the supplier catalog after deleting a line item; the catalog is automatically revalidated.

  2. Click OK to confirm the delete, or Cancel to return to the previous screen without deleting the catalog items.
