Click a tool icon at the top of the screen to take the corresponding
action. Different tools appear depending on which step you are in. For
example, the Revalidate tool and the Activate/Deactivate tool both appear
in Step 3. Go Live.
Severe errors cannot be fixed in the Catalog Manager, but must be manually
fixed in the original catalog file and reimported. For information about

To display the view errors screen for a catalog,
click Catalogs in the Catalog Manager home page and then
click a catalog's version number in the Catalogs screen.

- Review the errors or warnings:
- By default, errors of every severity and type are displayed.
To change which errors are displayed, click Change.
- Errors are displayed in a summarized view, with all the errors
of the same type summarized together on one line. To view each
error for every item, click Error Display and choose Expanded.
To view the summary again, choose Summarized.
- For suggestions on what action to take on an error, click Suggested
Fix.
- If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the row
above the column headers, to display commands that control
the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide
or show columns of data, group data, or export data to Excel.
- Email or print a maximum of 2000 errors or warnings
at one time:
- To send an email containing the errors, select one or more check
boxes and click Email Errors.
- To print errors for review, select one or more check boxes and
click Print Errors. The errors you selected are displayed
in a browser window. Select your browser's print command to print
the errors.
- Take one of the following actions to fix an
error in a supplier catalog:
- To delete catalog items with errors from the supplier catalog,
select one or more check boxes and click Delete Items With
Errors. These items will be deleted from the catalog and will
not be available for users to search or order.
- To fix an error or warning, click its link in the Occurrences
column.
- With any of these actions, use the multi-select check box at
the top and to the left of the Error Severity column to select
all the errors at once.
- Click Catalog Home to return to the Catalogs
screen.
