by creating a partitioned supplier profile required to load
a new catalog from Ariba SN.
Users with this permission can also access the Ariba Buyer Administrator
(ABA) Catalog Manager to modify catalog configurations and can
access the Global
Catalog reports. When this permission is assigned in conjunction
with the ConfigurationFiles permission, users can perform other
tasks using ABA, such as edit catalog hierarchies or rebuild catalog
indexes.
