At any time during collaboration, you can cancel the collaboration request, even if you have already accepted one or more proposals. You must cancel each collaboration request with each supplier separately.

1. In the Cancel Reason list, select a reason for canceling this request.
2. Optionally, enter a further explanation of why you are canceling the request. All suppliers collaborating on this request will see this comment.
3. Click OK. A notification is sent to the supplier saying that the request has been canceled.
