After you have accepted one or more supplier proposals for the collaborative line items on the requisition, you end collaboration to merge the items from the accepted proposal(s) onto the requisition and submit it for final approval. When you end collaboration, any outstanding requests are canceled and any unaccepted proposals are rejected.

Before you finish collaborating, a screen displays the status of all collaborative items on the requisition so that you can verify that they have reached the status you want before ending collaboration.

You can also finish collaborating at the same time as accepting a proposal or candidate.

1. Review the status of the collaborative line items on the requisition to make sure they have all reached the status you want.
2. To end collaboration, click Submit. To continue collaborating until all line items have reached the desired status, click Continue Collaborating.
