This screen is configured by your Ariba Buyer system administrator. Contact your system administrator if you have questions about using the Client Hook screens.

Justify your profile changes

 

Certain types of requests might require you to enter additional justification comments before you can submit them for approval. For example, if the request exceeds a certain dollar amount, or is an exception to one of your company policies or business rules, or if you submit a request using one of your company electronic forms (eForms), you might be prompted to justify your request using a custom screen called the Client Hook screen.

These screens contain a Comments box in which to enter your justifications. When you're done, click OK to submit the request for approval, or click Cancel to return to the previous screen without submitting your request.
