Contact your system administrator if you experience a connection error.

The Connection Error screen is displayed when
you experience an error trying to connect to Ariba Enterprise
Sourcing or Ariba Analysis, or when punching out to a supplier
catalog or an online travel booking provider.

At times, you might be unable to complete a connection and are alerted
of the problem. For example:
- If you click Source on the Request Details
Screen while working with an approved spot
purchase sourcing request (SR) or contract
sourcing request (CSR), and the connection to Ariba Enterprise
Sourcing cannot be made.
- If you click My Dashboard on the Navigation
Panel of the Home page, and the connection to Ariba Analysis cannot
be made.
- You cannot connect to a supplier's website to
access a suppliers PunchOut catalog.
- You cannot connect to a travel
booking provider's website to make online reservations.
If you experience a connection error, follow the instructions on the
screen.
