Tips   Select a folder

By default, items are moved to the Archive Items folder. However, you can move items to any folder.

If the request was created in a different partition than the one in which you're working, and if the selected folder exists on that partition, the request is archived there. If the selected folder does not exist on that partition, the request is moved to the Archive Items folder on that partition.

Screen details

To display the Choose A Folder screen, select Other in the folder pull-down menu on any status screen, such as the Submitted screen.

 
  1. Click a folder's radio button to select the folder.
  2. Click OK to select the folder and return to the previous screen, or click Cancel to return to the previous screen without selecting a folder.
