Click the applicable link in the Status section of the Navigation Panel
to view requests that have other statuses.
The Type column and icons indicate the document type; for example, a
requisition.
You can resubmit, withdraw, or edit a denied request while viewing
the request details.
If you were working in another Ariba Spend Management solution, such
as Ariba Category Management, and you followed a link from that application
to this screen, you can go back to that application by clicking the
related link on this screen.

Click an ID or Title to view the complete details of
a request, such as comments made by an approver indicating why a request
was denied. You can also:
- View order fulfillment status: if the status is Ordered or Shipped,
and the order has been routed through Ariba
Supplier Network (Ariba SN), click the status link for order fulfillment
details.
- If order confirmation or advanced ship notice
information has been downloaded from ASN, the information displays
on the Orders tab.
- If order confirmation or advanced ship notice
information has not been downloaded from ASN, you can punch
out to ASN for details.
- Copy a request: click its check box and then
click Copy. The new request appears in the list of requests
whose status is Composing. You can modify it as necessary before you
submit it for approval. When you copy a request, existing line items
in the new request are automatically updated with current prices and
descriptions.
- Delete a request: click its check box and then
click Delete. The request is deleted from the system and cannot
be retrieved.
- Move a request from the Status Items folder
to a different folder: click the request's check box, select a folder,
and then click Move. If a request was created in a different
partition
than the one in which you're working, and if the selected folder exists
on that partition, the request is archived there. If the selected
folder does not exist on that partition, the request is moved to the
Archive Items folder on that partition.
- If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the
row above the column headers, to display commands that control
the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide or show columns of data; group data; or export data to Excel.
