When you view available folders, standard folders appear in grey and personal folders that you have created appear in blue.

You can create any number of personal folders and nest them, but it's best to limit the number of nested folders to three or fewer. Otherwise, it can be difficult to find a specific request.

1. Enter a new folder name.
2. Click the appropriate radio button to indicate where to add the folder, in relation to your existing folders.
3. Click OK to create the new folder and return to the previous screen, or click Cancel to return to the previous screen without creating a new folder.
