Ariba Buyer periodically scans requests for those that have not been acted upon within a specified time period, and withdraws them automatically. Ariba Buyer emails a notification message to the requester, approvers, and any watchers indicating that the request is about to be withdrawn automatically. To prevent the request from being withdrawn, the approver must approve or deny it.
