The name of the report query must be unique. If you enter a name that's already in use, a warning message is displayed.

If report data is unavailable, a message is displayed when you try to run the report. Contact your Ariba Buyer system administrator.

1. Edit the report name and description as necessary, and select a format.
   • For HTML format, click Create Chart to include a pie or bar chart in the report. Depending on the result set, the report might display faster when a chart is not included.
2. Edit basic and advanced filters, as necessary.
   • To display a field in the report results, click the field's Display check box on the Advanced tab. Click the check box again to deselect it and not display the field in the report results.
   • For fields that are being used to filter data, specify filter values as necessary.
   • To view other pages of advanced filters, if available, click an arrow to display the previous or next page or select a page from the pull-down menu.
3. Click Run to run the report and display report results in a separate browser window. You must click Save to save the changes. Click Cancel to return to the previous screen without saving changes.
