When creating a request using one of your company's eForms, the screen you see and the information you enter varies, depending on the eForm.

Screen details

To display the Complete Form screen,click an eForm request type in the Create Request Using Company eForm screen.

 
  1. Enter information for every field on the form. This may include clicking radio buttons and check boxes, selecting values from choosers, and entering details in text fields.
  2. Click Update to update your entries in the database.
  3. When you're finished, click Prev to go to the previous step in the process, Next to go to the next step, Summary to review and submit the request, or Exit to delete or save the request.
