Tips   Create a request using a company eForm

If multiple forms are available, they might be presented in a simple alphabetical list or a hierarchy of categories, which can be expanded to show the individual eForms.

You only see the eForms for which you have been given access.

Screen details

To display the Create Request Using Company eForm screen, on the Ariba Buyer Home page click Create. Then, on the Create a New Request screen, click Company eForm. You can also click Create > Company eForm in the Navigation Panel on the Ariba Buyer Home page to go directly to the Create Request Using Company eForm screen.

 

When you need to create a request using one of your company's electronic forms (eForms), start by selecting the type of form.

  • Click the appropriate link to select the type of eForm for your request.
  • If appropriate, expand (Expand Row icon) or collapse (Collapse Row icon) the categories.
  • Enter meaningful text that describes your eForm in the search field, and click Search. If you leave the field blank and click Search, all possible values are displayed.
