In the default configuration, the justification is optional, but your company might choose to make it required.

When entering an eForm, click any link in the Navigation Panel to go directly to that step.

Add a comment justifying your request by adding information that might be helpful to approvers.

1. Enter comments. To include an attachment with the comments, click Add Attachment.
2. Click Next to go to the next step in the process, or Summary to go to the Summary screen.
