If you reject an item, include comments explaining the rejection, to help the purchasing agent efficiently process the order.

When a requester rejects (chooses not to receive) an item from an order, the user can also choose to email a notification message to users who have the PurchaseOrderRejectionEmail permission (typically purchasing agents), letting them know of the rejection.

The message indicates which items on a request were rejected and includes any explanatory comments provided by the requester.
