Order fulfillment and shipment information may display for orders routed through Ariba Supplier Network (Ariba SN).

For additional information about how the order is being fulfilled, contact the person listed in the Contact field.

Typically, the Confirming/Shipping statuses in Ariba Buyer are equivalent to the Partially Confirmed/Partially Shipped statuses in Ariba SN; however, rejected and back ordered items are treated differently in Ariba Buyer and Ariba SN. See the Ariba Buyer Procurement Guide for more information.

1. Review the line item details. When order status or ship notice details are available, they display as follows:

Order fulfillment details may display in the “Fulfillment - by Line Item” section, including quantity, unit of measure, part number, item description, price, and date updated for items that are:
	accepted accepted with changes back ordered rejected substituted
Ship notice details may display in the “Shipping - by Line Item” section, for items that are shipped, including:
	quantity shipment date delivery date carrier tracking number last date updated

2. Click any link to display additional information.
3. Click OK to return to the View request details screen.
