You can add comments when you view the charge details.

If you select PCard or Combo Card on the Reconcile Charges screen, you can click advanced to perform more advanced charge assignments.

1. Review unassigned charges:
• To review charge details, click a Merchant Name.
• To locate a specific set of charges, click Search.
• To display other pages of charges, click a page number or the forward or backward arrows.
• If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the row above the column headers, to display commands that control the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide or show columns of data; group data; or export data to Excel.
2. Click one or more check boxes to select charges to assign.
3. Click Next to go to the next step, or Exit to return to the previous screen without selecting charges.
