If you assign charges to an order whose amount differs from the total of the selected charges, Ariba Buyer will prompt you later to reconcile the difference.

1. Review selected charges. Click a Merchant Name to review charge details.
2. Review available orders:
• Click Search and enter search criteria to locate a specific set of orders.
• Click an order ID to review related charge information on the Charges Tab.
• Click a status to review order fulfillment information and receipt details (when available).
• Click the supplier to review details about the supplier, such as payment terms and carrier method.
3. Click Assign for the order to which you want to assign the selected charges, Prev to return to the previous screen, or Exit to return to the Reconcile Charges screen without selecting an order.
