Tips   Configure printing

You can configure how the data in reports for travel authorizations and expense reports is printed.

When you change the default print configuration settings, you also change the way information is sorted.

Screen details

To display the Configure Printing screen, click Configure on the Expense Report Submitted or Travel Authorization Submitted screens, or click Print Configuration on the request details screen for expense reports or travel authorizations.

 
  1. For Sort the items by, choose how you want data sorted in reports: Expense Type or Accounting Type.
  2. For Print the full details of each line item, choose whether you want to see all details for each item (Yes) or only a summary of each item (No).
  3. For Skip over blank rows, choose whether to print only the the line items that have actual expenses associated with them (Yes) or a separate line for every type of expense that might appear on an expense report, regardless of whether or not you entered an amount for a particular expense (No).
  4. (Expense reports) For Print a special section for Meals and Entertainment Expenses, choose whether to include meal and entertain expenses in a separate section (Yes) or omit the details (No).
  5. Click OK to save your changes. These settings apply to any expense reports or travel authorizations you print until you change them again. Click Cancel to cancel your changes.
