At any time during the collaboration phase, you can withdraw acceptance
of a collaboration proposal you previously accepted. After collaboration
ends, however, you can no longer withdraw acceptance of the proposal.
Instead, you must take action on the requisition or order, depending
on the status. For example, if the requisition status is Submitted,
you can withdraw the requisition, but if the status is Ordered, you
have to create a change order.

To display the Withdraw Acceptance of Proposal
screen, click the supplier name, or click the Actions button
when viewing the proposal details, and then choose Withdraw
Acceptance.
