Folders are useful for organizing requests and other documents in Ariba Buyer, while searches help you locate requests or other documents. Search catalogs to find items to order.

• To explore documents by searching, click Searches.
• To explore catalogs and begin creating a request, click Catalogs.
• To explore items organized in folders, click Folders.
• To explore payments, click Payments. This option is displayed only if you have the necessary permission to work with payments.
• To explore contracts to which you have access, click Contracts. This option is displayed only if you have the necessary permission to work with contracts.
• To go to Ariba Buyer Administrator, click Administrator. This option is displayed only if you have the necessary system administrator permission.
