You can approve requests that originate from any partition. In other words, you don't need to be logged into the partition in which a request was created in order to act on it.

To approve a request that is waiting for your approval, click Approve and then enter comments. The approval flow is updated to indicate you approved the request. If you are the only or the last person to approve, Ariba Buyer changes the status of the request to Approved and notifies the preparer by email that the request has completed the approval process. You can approve a request only when you are the active approver. If you denied a request earlier, and then change your mind, you can return to and approve the request later. |
