If charges being loaded into Ariba Buyer appear to be duplicates of existing charges, Ariba Buyer emails a notification message to users who have the permission of DuplicatedChargesEmail, typically purchasing agents. The message lists the duplicate charges, including the date the charge was incurred, the relevant Pcard number, the merchant ID and name, and the amount.
