PCard permissions
This permission Authorizes users to
DuplicatedChargesEmail

Receive email notification messages (Notification 47) when duplicate charges are loaded into Ariba Buyer. This permission applies only in configurations that use the Level2ChargeReader to load charges. This permission is for users (typically purchasing agents) who must deal with issues that arise when working with a bank's purchasing card statements.

Level2ChargeLoaderemail Receive email notification messages (Notification 48) when a charge load fails. This permission is for users (typically purchasing agents) who must resolve problems loading a bank's charge statement files into Ariba Buyer.
OverdueChargesNotifierEmail Receive email notification messages (Notification 45) from the OverdueChargesNotifier scheduled task when there are charges on any purchasing cards that have not been handled properly by the cardholders. Users who have this permission also receive notification messages from the NewChargesNotifier scheduled task when new charges have been loaded that require attention.
PCardManager Perform administrative functions related to purchasing cards. For example, the users can search charges (including those assigned to other users), delete charges, and make adjustments to various fields on Purchasing Card reconciliation documents. A PCard manager typically is responsible for purchasing card maintenance and performs administrative tasks not available to all users.
