This travel authorization can no longer be changed. The preparer must create and submit a new travel authorization.

When a travel authorization that includes reservations made through a travel booking provider is canceled, the CXMLOrderStatusUpdateLoader scheduled task sends this notification message to the preparer of the travel authorization.
