|
The order failure might be due to hardware or network errors, or problems with your Ariba Travel & Expense or Ariba SN configuration. To assist you in investigating the cause of the failure, look at the Ariba Buyer log file (AribaBuyerNodenLog.txt) and turn on debug logging for these categories: cxml and tbp (online booking).

When a travel authorization that includes reservations made through a travel booking provider is in the Canceling state and fails, this notification message is sent to the user with the permission SystemAdministrator. The travel authorization order is automatically resubmitted by the FailedTravelAuthorizationOrders scheduled task (which in the default configuration runs every six hours). You can also manually run the scheduled task to resubmit the order. |
