The message includes the expiration date and time.

When a travel authorization that includes travel reservations made through a travel booking provider has not been submitted, the WarnForUnsubmittedTravelAuthorizations scheduled task sends this notification message to the preparer.

The preparer must submit the travel authorization in time for it to be approved before the travel reservation quote expires.

Failure to submit the travel authorization does not necessarily cancel the reservations. Some reservations (such as hotel) automatically charge a fee (such as the hotel rate for one night) for no shows. For other reservations, fees might apply for changes or late cancellation.
