The View Requests screen lists requests for which you are included in
the approval flow as a watcher:
you cannot approve or deny the request, but you can move it from the Approve
Items folder to a different folder and add comments.
Depending on configuration, a watcher can also delete a request from
        the list.
The Type column and icons indicate the document type; for example, a
        requisition.

Click an ID or Title to see the complete details of a
request, and then click the Approval Flow tab to see whether you are
a required approver or a watcher. You can also:

          - Delete a request: click its check box and then
click Delete (available only if the system supports this option).
Note that the item remains in the system and can be retrieved by searching.

          - Move a request from the Approve Items folder
to a different folder: click its check box, select a folder, and then
click Move. If the request was created in a different partition
from the one in which you're working, and if the selected folder exists
in that partition, the request is archived there. If the selected
folder does not exist in that partition, the request is moved to the
Archive Items folder in that partition.

          - View requests that you are required to approve:
            click Approve Requests.

          - If available, click the Table Options icon, located in the
row above the column headers, to display commands that control
the display of data in the table. For example, you can hide or
show columns of data; group data; or export data to Excel.
