Tips   Create an invoice

You must have the required permissions to create invoices.

When creating an invoice, you typically add items associated with a contract that are ready for payment. For invoices associated with a commodity or supplier level contract, you can also add items that are not listed on the associated contract.

  1. Click Invoice in the Create section of the Navigation Panel on the Home page, or click Create in the central image and then Invoice on the Create a New Request screen.
  2. Create an invoice header.
  3. Add items from an existing contract to the invoice. You can also add new items, not yet associated with a contract, to some invoices.
  4. Review the invoice summary and submit the invoice for approval.
