Tips   Choose a User Manager task

Access to workspaces and tasks depends on the roles and permissions assigned to you. If your assigned permissions are changed while you are performing a task in your application's Administrator user interface, you may no longer have access to certain parts of the task.

To view and compare two sets of data at the same time, you can log into a second session of your application's Administrator user interface on your computer. For example, one session can display data you are editing and the other can display reference data.

To display the User Manager screen and select a task, click User Manager in the Navigation Panel, or click a task name under User Manager.

 

In your application's Administrator user interface, related administration tasks are grouped into workspaces. Each administration task enables you to manage data specific to a workspace. The tasks available in this workspace in the default configuration are listed below. Available operations in each task depend on your Ariba Spend Management application. Click a task link to access information about that task.
